East Coast Hospital Operation Theatre has three Major Operating suites in the First Floor, fully equipped with state of the art technology to cater to a wide range of specialities like Cardiathoracic surgery, Orthopaedics, ENT, General Surgery, Urology & Dental surgery. It it also has a Minor Operation Theatre in the ground floor to cater small emergency surgeries

The operation theatre staff consists of skilled theatre Scrub Nurses, Anaesthesia Technicians, O.T Technicians and Housekeeping personnel dedicated to each operation theatre.
